Toshi is the best best best sushi chef in VTA as far as I'm concerned. Hard to understand, but when you do, man is he hilarious. And he's there every night, slingin out the good fish like nobody's business.
Faves: scallop hand roll, yam tempura roll, sauteed enoki mushrooms, tofu and avocado salad, straight up salmon and yellowtail sushi. SOOOOO good.
Dang it, now I'm totally hungry.
Pros: Best. Sushi. EVER.
Cons: Very small inside, not particularly cheap.
