When I redeemed the first of three haircuts from my groupon, I was told by the stylist that they would keep track of the other two and I wouldn't have to worry about a time limit. Today I was told that the expiration has passed and my third haircut will not be honored. Very sneaky, Knockouts. Also I have heard personally when employees told clients over the phone that they were full to avoid having appointments before closing time. I asked if they were doing that on purpose and they laughed, saying yes we are just ready to go home. It may be cool to get a beer at the barber shop, but I prefer a place that cares more about the customer than about closing early or cheating someone out of $12 on a groupon technicality.
