She taught me how I could lose weight permanently simply by following a healthy balanced diet including foods that taste good and that are easy for me to prepare. Sarah helped me plan my meals, at home and on the go! She came to my home and went through my pantry and told me what I should keep and what I should not continue to purchase, and then took me grocery shopping to teach me how to make the best choices. I lost 20# in 4 months and am happy to say that I am at my ideal body weight! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is struggling with their weight and wants to lose weight healthfully!
Pros: Parking was easy! Scheduling is flexible. She saw me on weekends and evenings
Cons: Dont show up early for appts! She needs to buzz you in so if you get there before her on off hours you might have to wait outside
