Unprofessional! 9/23/2015

I called to request an estimate for bathroom and kitchen plumbing work to install new sink, counter and faucets. The first call I was placed on hold and reception did not return. I called back as I work hard to utilize local Kirkwood business. I requested an estimate and she promised to have someone call me back which they did next day and then told me they would charge time/materials and were not willing to provide free estimate. Sorry Kirkwood Plumbing in this day and age you service, courtesy and professional earn negative stars. more

Don't Use Kirkwood Plumbing 4/8/2015

We had to use Kirkwoid Plumbing for an underground sewer pipe that needed to be fixed per house inspection when buying out home. They dug up 3/4 of my front yard and left it looking like a grave yard. I've been calling them for 6 months to have them come honor their " one time" resurfacing promise. No such luck. They are terrible at customer service and probably the plumbing itself. Don't bother with them. more

unhappy with Kirkwood plumbing 3/31/2011

was very unhappy with kirkwood plumbing. installed the blumbing in the new addition.. would not stand behind there work. broke the tolit woult not replace it. then the new one wobbled wold not fix. the cold and hot water in the shower was reversed. the drain in the basement which they insatted was packed with bud would not drain.. found out later I was way over charged. plus when I complaned they were very rude. wold never never use them again had to pay another company to redo there work more
