So, I went into this lovely home-like store at the mall the other day. I didn't give them the JB Business card just yet. I wanted to wait for it. I figured I'd see how they really are instead of getting that special treatment first that I normally recieve.
So, I walk around. A lady at the counter say's "Hi". Which is good, because then they've established some kind of communication. At least I know they saw me come in and that they're paying attention.
I was shopping for my Grandma Rosie, since I couldn't find that "Perfect Lavender Sweater". I was really looking forward to getting her something really nice this year, and I was slightly disappointed. So I went to Kirklands, thinking that I could find something there for her. So, I look around and there are tons of great deals going on for candles, and what not.
There are dressers, sinks, even designed door mats with interesting sayings. Or even things you can put up on the wall. But I found a few gifts for her there. Those of which I hope she really likes. The first thing I found was a *Lime Wash Angel Sentiment Plaque with all the writing sentiments on it which was about $13.48, it's beautiful! I also bought her this cute little *2006 Christmas Snowman, and he was about $5.28, and I know she'll just love it! Then there was this one last thing I thought would make her feel right at home and it was *A tin box filled with the hot chocolate recipe that way when she's sipping on it, she can think of me now and that was about $8.75. I think that's about $28.06 or so. Anyways, forget about the math...all I'm thinking about is the expression on her face when she opens up jer present. Yay!
I know I couldn't find her an awesome sweater at Dillards, but I went to Kirklands and did one better. I got three items for her that are just adorable! They also sell a variety of gourmet fudges there in a big box, bu tI was on a limited budget so I got her what I could, and thought about what she's love.
So check out the Kirkland's store online and let your imagination go for Christmas! Enjoy, and here's the link.
