At the worst possible time these people didn´t follow through with anything. We paid, upfront, so that they would take care of everything and ended up doing everything ourselves. Due to their lack of doing the necesary pàperwork and their refusal to fix their own errors, the process took a full week longer than it should have. After all of their horrible mistakes, they had the nerve to be rude to me and my family on the telephone saying that we were bothering them while they were working, when we were just trying to find out what was taking so long.
