This hospital is horrible! Their patient care is horrible. They don't care about the feelings or wishes of the patient or the patient's family. All they care about is getting you in and out as fast as possible to get the money. They don't care if the family of the patient has to wait for hours and hours while their loved one is in surgery and give them no word on how their loved one is doing. Doesn't matter how many hours it is. I wouldn't take an animal to this place! My husband was supposed to have surgery in this place. Thank God we stood up for our rights and ran like heck from this place. They expected me to sit and wait for up to 12 hours with no word on even if my husband was breathihg. Their idea of patient care and compassion was to let me in pre op for 2 minutes and then not hear another word until they called me in to take my husband home (day surgery). This place has no compassion what so ever. I just wonder what they are trying to hide. They wanted to give you no information before surgery either. God forbid you ask a question and expect an answer. All they are good at is dodging questions. Run! Run! Run
