Greatness 11/27/2010

Brought our female in with an emergency. Staff was awesome and attentive. Took us in when all other clinics were unable to fit us in. And they are 2 mins from the house. Doctor was quick and efficient. Price was more than reasonable given the timeframe and other quotes we had gotten. Saved our girls life and got her back to her puppies. This place has just become our new vet!! more

The Best There Is!! 9/19/2010

I have been taking my dogs to Heritage Square Animal Clinic since 1981. Both Dr. Prater and Dr. Bodenhamer have taken care of my many dogs over the years and both are caring, compassionate, and gentle souls. I always feel as if they love and care for my animals as much as I do. I have NEVER had any unpleasant experience with either the doctors or the staff (who is also wonderful and caring). \r I always refer family and friends in the area to Heritage Square. Their new free-standing building is beautiful, clean, and easy to find and access. \r I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. more

Absolutely Great Clinic & Staff 8/9/2010

My pets have been patients at Heritage Square Animal Clinic for the past 6 years. (2 dogs, 1 cat) We have had to deal with old age problems as well as puppy issues. I regularly see Dr. Bodenhamer, but have seen Dr Prater when he was on duty. Both doctors were very attentive and presented information clearly and made it easy to understand. Both doctors have been very kind and courteous without exception. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept office with doctors and staff who will treat your pets as if they were their own. more

Boo!!!! 4/1/2010

Hopefully this was just an isolated incident. I was treated very rudely at this clinic. I was trying to explain my animal situation to the Dr. and he said nothing. I said "You don't believe me,do? And with a smirk, he said ''no" and walked out of the room. Not sure of his name but he was the one with hair. A REAL JERK! I couldn't believe it. It's no wonder when I drive by there (daily) i can never count more than 3 or 4 cars (probably the staff). more

WONDERFUL Vets! 3/16/2010

Our neighbor recommended Heritage Square. We absolutely love Dr. Bodenhamer! Dr. Prater is a great vet as well. They take the time to explain how they arrived to the treatment and what the situation is with your pet. I have been to other vets over the last 6 years and it is typically a quick in and out visit from an impatient vet and medications thrown your direction. The other staff at this clinic are consistent every time I go in. I have also noticed how friendly they are and they try to remember little things about our dogs which I think is a great customer service aspect! I take all three of my dogs to Heritage Square because I trust all of the staff there, the cost is not outrageous and it is a great atmosphere. more

As long as I am in some area of the metroplex, my dogs will go here. Not only treat my animals with amazing care, but also financial needs as well. Absolutely wonderful!! more

Heritage Square Animal Clinic is the GREATEST place 6/24/2009

I have used Dr. Prater for 29yrs and would never go anywhere else. I have also see Dr. B with my many Dogs I have had through the 29yrs. I love the staff who are extremely friendly and I have known them all !! The care and concern shown by the Dr.'s is wonderful, And I DO recommend them to everyone I know who have animals. more

Excellent, Clean, Friendly and Accessible 10/3/2008

Both vets are wonderful here. I bring 3 dogs at once and they give a discount. Very low employee turn over so it must be a great place to work and my pets know them well and they are so good with even my high-anxiety dog. Will not push procedures, vaccinations or prescriptions that are not necessary for your pet like the corporately-owned vets tend to do. Very personalized service. New, self-standing facility which is very nice and clean with easy access with a large parking area so your pets are in danger of getting hit or getting upset or distracted before going inside. Easy to get an appointment and very little waiting time. more
