My child attended the transition-toddler classroom. It was an unpleasant experience especially so since this was the first time she was going to a large place with many children. 1. Not enough trained teachers.Most teachers have not been working in the center for more than a year, some do not even have background checks completed. My child's classroom had a supposedly 1:6 ratio and it used to invariably end up as 9 to 10 kids crammed together. And we were lucky if it was not a floater teacher who worked with my child. 2. Not enough group activities planned for the children. they have a daily schedule which is loosely adhered to...really really loosely... depending on the teacher's convinience. 3. Extremely tedious process to get the kids to an enclosed playground by an elevator. 4. An uninterested director, more interested in the finances than the well being of the children that attend. more

My kid was here for a couple of weeks.This is a horrible place, Teachers here are not experienced and have no idea dealing kids. They just provide toys etc to kids and sit idle. They do not pay attention and do not want to know what kids are doing.Your kid will never learn anything new, however chances are that your child even starting to forget what he/she already knows before coming to this center.There are no creative activities at all. It is better for your kid to stay at home instead. more

my 2 yr old son was here only a week before i started looking for another daycare. the teachers here are clueless and unfriendly - not only with the kids but the parents as well. in the 4 weeks he's been here my son has gotten a horrible upset stomach, a bump on his forehead, a cut on his tongue, has come home with traces of poop in his diaper FOUR times; plus he's learnt to kick, hit and spit. the babies in the infants room are always shrieking and the women there have no idea what they're doing either. the kids are not taught to behave and there is no sense of discipline. they will also be moved from one room to the next without informing the parents. the directors need to pull up their socks big time and pay a bit more interest in the workings of their daycare. given how much they charge it's a wonder they haven't already. horrible horrible horrible place. more
