I'm sorry that I have to give one star. I was a devoted customer. Last year, after so so much anguish dealing with hair loss, I broke down and decided to take the plunge and get a wig. With the support of my sister and the really nice lady at the counter, I picked out a great wig and learned to have fun with it. I've been in a few times since, trying on new wigs and making 3 other wig purchases, besides the care products sold at the counter. Today I walked in and was immediately tailed by the man at the counter. I asked him for a specific wig and he had it, so I asked him to hold it for my dad to buy for me for Christmas tomorrow. He hovered over my best friend, grandmother and I, two steps behind us the ENTIRE time. I felt like a criminal! I asked for a wig cap so that I might try a few on, and he told me they don't give them for free anymore, that I had to pay 2 bucks. Okay, fine. I tried on maybe 4 wigs for giggles, and the man told me that we can't take pictures because people post them on Facebook (or something). Thought my best friend was going to lose his marbles, but okay, fine. Another 4 wigs later, the man told me I was done and had to leave the store. I was shocked - I asked why, and he said because I'm not buying anything. I excused myself and told him hey, I've got a wig held for purchase tomorrow for Christmas by my dad, I'm in here ready to drop another 300 bucks ON TOP of that, I've bought every single wig I own here, and you're telling me that I can't try anymore wigs on? And he said no, I was done. I will NEVER. NEVER step food in that store again, I'm reviewing this place everywhere I can, and there are now 3 people who will tell every woman facing hair loss to avoid Kim's like the plague. Bad, bad business.
