If you're taking your child to this office for anything, chances are it's because the LACHIP program requires it. This place is a nightmarish zoo with inadequate parking, a great staff and awful, inconsistent and inefficient office policies. I brought my two teenagers in for simple Gardasil shots. Took off of work early to arrived at 3:45 for a 4:10 appointment and you guessed it, as everyone who came in after us were seen before us, we weren't seen until 5:15.
