Great experience--Great service at affordable prices 3/3/2009

The place has a new look with new management. They helped me find a part I had not been able to locate anywhere else. The counter peolple were extremely busy but took the time to find the part for me and even helped me find the color code on my truck so I could find out how much it would cost to get my fender painted. I will definitely be back. more

worst customer service ever, auschwitz treated the jewish prisoners better than keystone does it's customers 8/6/2008

F- in every category Pros: their customer reps. make you feel like you are dr. einstein Cons: you will be insulted, lied to and your parts will show up wrong in 2-3 days more
