This mercedes dealership has been the worst experience my family, and I have EVER experienced. There are numerous sells men that will tell you a quote over the phone, and then a completely different (higher interest/higher price) of the vehicle WHEN you're signing paper work. \r
Now, getting to the ""management"" they are POORLY organized. They are ""divided"" up into teams and no one outside of their teams will assist you! They don't care that you have to leave, and come back at another time if no one on the ""team"" is working at that time. (Or they say no one from that team is working at the time)\r
All the managers are UNHELPFUL, they are completely manipulative, and VERY rude. Upon down grading, and conversing with women like they are incompetent.\r
They do not want to hear you or work with you, rather they are trying to take your money and provide ZERO customer service.\r
If you're going to buy a luxury car, you BETTER get the service you deserve.\r
The ONLY reason WHY I walked out with a new car is because of the HEAD MANAGER. He does not work with customers however every single gentleman that assisted my family and I failed to provide ANY service.\r
I highly recommend everyone go somewhere else to purchase a mercedes/used car from another dealer!\r
