I showed up for service on my Hyundai on the wrong day but on the wrong week! I was so upset but the kind service employee assured me they would get me in with no problem! I ended up sitting in the guest cafe with fresh coffee and a good magazine! The service man kept me informed periodically on the time left. Thank you so much for good service!! more

Outstanding service always 9/6/2016

I just want to say that this dealership goes above and beyond for their customers. Most of the time I have to wait for my car and they do their best to get it done in a timely manner. Ron always looks out for me and does his best to get me in and out. He always keeps me updated with how long I have to wait. All the service reps are outstanding. They help each other and no one has to wait in line to get work done. It is truly a great team that works there. more

Service 7/29/2016

I recently had my car serviced at Key Hyundai and it was great experience. The service I received was a complete detail of my car. When I got my car back it looked like a brand new Elantra! They were not only able to get all of the stains out of my beige seats but even vacuumed and shampooed my trunk which was awesome. Would highly recommend Key Hyundai to anyone looking for service! Also love the fact that they offer a shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up from work while your car is getting serviced. more

I had a great experience with Key Hyundai in Jacksonville. I am new to Florida and was worried about going someplace new. I had received a recall notice along with the regular 60,000 maintenance work that was due to be completed. Fortunately Kirk helped me through the process and kept me up to date on what was happening every step of the way. Parts had to be ordered so I was without my vehicle for three weeks but was able to get a free rental car. I have no trouble with my car. Thank you to all involved in getting my “baby” repaired and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. more

Saturday morning service event 7/13/2016

The drivers' window got stuck half open on a Saturday morning. Sharon, in service, told me to bring my Santa Fe in and they would try to have it back to me later in the day. I picked the SUV up at 3:30 with a new window motor and was grateful to have such a responsive dealership. more

Great service 7/8/2016

Everything was perfect from start to finish. from check in to check out. Kirk was spectacular, but I am not sure how it went so smooth it appears that the dealership is very short staffed. It looks to me Like they need more porters, more advisors, and some more staff to handle the non stop phones that kept ringing while I was there. As I said though it was a truly exceptional visit and I highly recommend this place to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for being there. more

If you are going to take appointments, they should mean something! 6/27/2016

I had a weekday morning appointment for a safety recall fix that was supposed to take about an hour (according to the recall letter). Upon arriving I had to wait almost a half hour to even talk to a service advisor. Then I went to a movie and when I returned my car wasn't ready and there was no estimate of when it would be. I was sent to Enterprise next door for a courtesy car, which I really did not want to do because my young daughter was with me and this meant having to transfer her car seat to the rental which is a big pain. Enterprise took a very long time as well. And it turned out my car wasn't ready until about 5pm that night. My recommendation would be to not take appointments if they are meaningless to you. If you do take appointments, you should make some effort to a) not overbook yourself, and b) prioritize customers with appointments. This whole experience makes me hesitant to buy another Hyundai in the future. more
