Kevin George's State Farm agency provided the best service by any other agent I have conducted business with in the past. His staff is compassionate, caring and truly focused on the customer. While the purchase of insurance is not glamorous, the staff ensure that they first listen to your immediate needs and long term goals, then focuses on providing the products that fit those needs. I like this approach best because it allowed me to stay in control and not be sold on products that provide little value to me and my family. Also, there was no pressure - just education and informed decisions. Finally, it is about the customer at this agency.....I was treated with respect, no distractions and complete focus on me and my family needs. Why is this so important you may ask? Well, too often businesses are so focused on the sale that they answer the phone while you are sitting right there with them; not only rude but unprofessional.
