Emergency Service During A Pandemic 4/10/2020

It was late in the evening and our drains were completely blocked. Considering we were self quarantining ourselves this posed a huge problem. We could not use our bathrooms and we couldn't go anywhere to use one. We called Kerrygold, they were pleasant and understanding and sent someone over right away. Marcus showed up and he was very professional and informative and while he couldn't help us that night he didn't charge us for the visit then showed up the next morning and fixed our problem and a reasonable price. I have already recommended them to a friend and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. more

There are two services I don't mess around with: Electrical and Plumbing. Kerry Gold Plumbing is a class act - from reception to scheduling to technician. Each person is at the top of their class. The service is exceptional - not just excellent, but exceptional. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I love them. I call. They come. They fix. And I don't worry. They are not inexpensive, but the quality of work and peace of mind is worth it. I LOVE THEM ALL!!! more

Kerrygold Plumbing Review 9/3/2019

I contacted Kerrygold this morning regarding a Water Regulator Replacement estimate. A technician Marcus was at my house in less than 30 minutes. I was happy with the estimate and authorized the work. Marcus did a good job and was a pleasure to work with. I am very satisfied and will use Kerrygold in the future as needed. more

Service was Perfect 4/9/2019

This is the 2nd time in a year I have needed their assistance. As the 1st time, the service was outstanding and above and beyond., I highly recommend Kerrygold Plumbing. They keep you informed, and do their job! I gave them a glass of lemonade, and you'd have thought I gave them a pot o'gold - hey, it was hot! more

Great Service 3/4/2019

I had an issue with a strap missing form a water heater. They gave me a service window and called me 15 minutes in advance of the plumbers arrival. The plumber was a young man named Marcus who was courteous and polite. It was not as easy as it first appeared but he did complete the project on the first visit. more

Sidney & Tim called me back promptly and scheduled the repair visit. They were both polite & courteous. Sean did a terrific job on installing my new water heater. He was polite, courteous, neat, & left the work area clean & tidy. more

Plumber on Short Notice 1/29/2019

I needed a plumber on a Sunday morning before leaving town. I contacted Kerrygold Plumbing on, the night before, Saturday. A plumber was on the scene with all the right equipment and supplies to do the job the very next morning. He was courteous, gave me the least cost to costliest options and provided an exact quote before he started work. He was very efficient and skilled. He solved the problem and took time to explain how he made the repair. I was expecting the service to be overpriced, but it was quite reasonable. Kerrygold was very good about confirming the appointment time and following up on the service call as well. I am very impressed by the work and their service. more

Satisfied!!!! 12/21/2018

Once again, Kerrygold came out and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. They were outstanding not only in fixing my plumbing problem at my office but took a lot of care in protecting my carpets and office equipment. In fact, the place was cleaner than before they got there. As always, simply the best!!!! Thank you Kerrygold!!!! more

Everyone--especially Dave and Marcus-- very responsive and professional. I have been extremely pleased with both the customer service in the office as well as the plumbing crew who completed my work. They figured out what exact type of sewage pump to install and knew what they were doing with install. I definitely recommend. more

Best I've ever had!!! 10/25/2018

These guys are excellent! I've always had friendly and professional help on the phone by Sindy and Sydney. Tim keeps me informed and updated when dispatching his technicians. Willy, who helped us the first time, was awesome - very knowledgeable. The next time we had a problem we were visited by Marcus and Joaquin, who did a great job and also knew their stuff! Love this company!!!! more
