My interaction with Kenkeleba started the very first day an uncle of mine took me there to see a show. I was impressed with the presentation and the usage of the space coupled with the appreciations from the viewers which to me is a reminder of my old days working as a staff at the Metropolitan museum of Art.
The staff at Kenkelaba displayed a high sense of professionalism in receptions of visitors and interactions when and where necessary. I have been to several other galleries where I hardly experience this.Considering the genre of works displayed in Kenkeleba, I feel inspired to 'bother' them about me after my successful group show in the artcurian 'Talking to The Spirit' art show at 22 chapel street downtown Brooklyn which paraded me in company of other 39 New York art 'veterans' resulting to the choice of my piece as the Theme for the 39th International African Art Festival. The same piece is now in African American Museum in Long Island for a show on 30th July.
I still paint and am located in Brooklyn, holding a show at present tagged FELASPIRATIONS at 946 Fulton street Brooklyn. My Bio and other art exploits is open to everyone on the Google, Dorsey art club and Asmar B. art gallery in particular which carried my works since the 90s.
