My visit to get a new tire ended up being a NIGHTMARE. Within less than 24 hours my brand new tire was flat. I was in Cincinatti and called Ken Towery and was told basically it was my problem. I had to have my daughter find a tow person to put air in my tire then proceed somewhere to get it fixed. The next day I called Ken Towery back and was put on hold so drived up to the store only to find out I'd have to come back the next day since the manager wasn't in. The next day I went back after recieving a call from the manager questioning everything I'd given his employee the day before. After much trouble trying to figure out how to lower my spare on a 4runner, they reported to me the tire's sensor had gone bad. Although they reimbursed me my monies and put the sensor on for free for "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION" purposes, I am definitely not satisfied and will not return. I feel this Ken Towery is incompetent and unreliable.
