This August I purchased my second vehicle from Monroeville Chrysler. My salesman from last time was no longer there, so I was introduced to Jeff Mountain. Jeff and I hit it off immediately...he was courteous, friendly and professional to me and my three kids who were with me. I will continue to recommend Jeff and Monroeville Chrysler to anyone to asks. Anytime I've called Jeff with a question, he has gotten back to me immediately, even if to say, I'll call you soon with an answer. And every employee there is as friendly as Jeff - a pleasure to do business with them. more

I purchased my 2nd car from Jeff Mountain this past November. When I considered purchasing a new car, the only dealer that I considered buying from was Monroeville Chrysler and the only Salesperson I wanted to purchase from was Jeff Mountain. I went in with the intentions of trading in my higher mileage Jeep Liberty luxury vehicle. Jeff was able to find me 2 vehicles that met my needs: leather, heated seats, navigation, sunroof, satellite radio and bluetooth phone. I choose to go with a 2010 Acura that they had taken in on trade and I couldn't be happier! Jeff went above and beyond to get the payments to where I needed them to be and after I purchased the car he took the time to sit with my husband and I and teach us how each feature worked. I was treated with honesty and respect and I will never buy a car from any other dealership! Thanks again, Jeff!! more

Sam was excellent. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager really went the extra mile to get a lower interest rate and save me THOUSANDS of dollars!! This is a great Dealership and I would recommend it to anyone. more

not intimidating 8/14/2013

This was the first time that I have gone to a dealership and was not mistreated or intimidated by a salesperson! I must say, after everything I went through at this dealership, I would recommend any one to take car of your needs. I had bought a jeep cherokee limited and within 19 hours of owning it, the transmission went in it. I called the dealership and they sent a towtruck to me within 5 min., had me towed in and took care of me immediately. I was put in some one else's demo until they could figure out what was really wrong with my vehicle. After comtemplating with my husband about what happened, we decided to go back to the dealership and try to get a new car to replace the one I just bought because of the safety issues. I have to say, when I presented my case to Victor, he gladly helped me get another vehicle that morning! I never felt intimidated, the service manager spoke with me and Victor also and everyone was so respectful and mindful to the situation and was willing to do anything and everything to help me. Thanks so much Monroeville Chrysler Jeep for such a great experience even during a bad situation. more

I WAS VERY EXCITED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE OF A NEW VEHICLE, IT HAD BEEN 8 YEARS. I FOUND MY CAR ON THE INTERNET AT MONROEVILLE CHRYSLER AND WAS CONTACTED RIGHT AWAY. MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED VIA EMAIL AND PHONE, SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH JEFFREY AND MADE THE PURCHASE. JEFF STAYED IN TOUCH WITH MYSELF AND HUSBAND AND VICTOR WAS VERY KIND ALSO. Richard greeted me as I walked in the door. I knew that I wanted a new Jeep Compass in white. I ended up buying a beautiful gray one. From beginning to end the service we received from Richard was outstanding. We drove the car out of there knowing everything about it from bumper tp bumper. more

Rich made my new car buying experience seemless. I had been thinking about purchasing a Jeep Wrangler for some time, and he took me for a test drive explaining every feature about the vehicle. He is also a Jeep owner so it was especially helpful that he shared his experiences and knowledge. He was probably the nicest car salesman I have had ever worked with. I would not hesitate to refer my family or friends to him. He constantly kept me informed and was always willing to answer any questions. I wish all car salesmen were as personable as Rich. I absolutely LOVE my new Jeep Wrangler! more

It was a long day with the dealership, but at the end of the day I walked away with a really nice ride. I felt a bit pressured to do the deal that night but I think I was more nervous and irritated with my child plus it was a long day. I would go back there. more

first purchase 7/26/2013

I was in the market to purchase my first car when I e-mailed a few dealerships to get quotes and to see if I was even in the price range. Jeff was the first to e-mail me back, and he was eager to set up an appointment. He was available to meet that night, so my fiance and I went out to Monroeville Chrysler-Jeep that evening. Jeff was ready when we got there, and knew the exact car to point me towards. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all questions I had right away. Jeff and the GM worked hard at finding the right deal for me, and worked numbers so that my monthly payments and rates were right around what I wanted to spend. Once the Jeep Patriot was purchased, Jeff still paid much attention to us as we were waiting for everything to be finalized. He also followed up shortly to see how everything was going and made it a point that he is available if I have questions or need anything regarding the car. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to purchase a new car. more

My husband and I had researched the leasing options for the 2011 jeep grand cherokee online. We went to the dealership to see what they had available and Jeff introduced himself to us while we were looking around the lot. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He knew everything about the different leasing and buying options and about the the different options of the vehicle. We did not purchase the vehicle that day but Jeff gave us the weekend to think about it. When we told him that we were no longer interested he went above and beyond by finding the exact color vehicle we wanted and even talked to the GM to get our payments down even more. We were very pleased by all the work Jeff did for us by getting a great trade in value for our old jeep and getting us the perfect new jeep at a great price. He is a great salesman and I will be going back to see him and recommending him to friends and family in the future. more

I bought my first car brand new when I was 18 from this dealership. I lucked out because I ended up loving my car. Four years later I was not ready to part with it. My mom had persuaded me to go to the dealership again to trade in my car for something new before I paid off the whole amount. I walked into the dealership with my mind made up that I was only going to look, and not get a new car because I just wanted to payoff the one I had and be happy with it. Jim Little has taken care of my moms trade ins for a number of years and has always been helpful and courtesy to her needs. Jim listened to what I wanted. He looked at the situation I was in. I'm almost 22 and only wanted to pay around the same amount I have been for the last few years. After talking for about an hour, and a test drive in a newer version of my orginal car, Jim suggested that I lease instead of owning. The benifits made more sense with leasing since I only had 32,000 miles in nearly 4 years, and with leasing I could get a new car every 3 years, everything was under warranty and the price was worth it. I am so grateful to him for just conversing with me about my comforts and working with my situations and ideas. more

I don't kow why every woman who has any concerns about driving in the snow does not invest in a Jeep Liberty. I reluctantly turned in a 13-year old Jeep Cherokee which I loved. I went to the Monvorevlle Chrysler Jeep dealership in Monroeville, and was treated absolutely great. I was quite uneasy going in there, but for no reason. The whole deal was all over in a day or two. The salesman, Sam Iovino, was great. The manager, Victor Olive, also introduced himself, and followed up the sale with mail and phone calls. This was in September and have since been through a pretty miserable winter. I have since been to the service department, and they, also were great. Very friendly. Sam Iovina, the sales person, was probably the reason I walked out of there with my new Jeep. I love my Jeep!!! more

He's wonderful to deal with and so very kind and especially helpful setting up various electronics/bluetooth/navigation, etc. All the employees at this dealership have always treated me with respect, understanding and kindness. Very friendly people and I always have a lot of fun dealing with purchasing, service and parts Departments. I have never had any problems with the Service Department, when I call no matter what time, I always get in, in a timely manner. Once on my way home at the turnpike, a my fan stopped working, I just stopped by and right in my car went, they gave me a ride home and came and picked me up when it was finished---awesome crew! more
