We told the man on the phone the kind of TV we had and that we thought it needed a backlight bulb. We said we would bring it by and he said no he was in the area. When he came by he told us that we said it was another type of TV (which we didn't) that this type does not have a bulb. It is expensive to fix. He told us we should call manufacturer. He then said he would just charge us for half a service call. HA! We said we told him we would bring it to him. He said he still would have charged us to look at it at the shop. So, bottom line, we were charged $30 for 3 minutes to tell us to call the manufacturer.
Cons: charges $30 to tell you to call manufacturer
