I called Keefe's several times to work on our HVAC that was very old. We knew that we would need to replace it in two or three years but were trying to make do with it because of other expenses following Hurricane Katrina. They did a decent job the first few times. The technicians did leave some mess behind and were not always on time. The last time we used Keefe's the technician did not fully remove the front panel off of our condenser unit but bent it back to reach the area where he needed to do the repair. To get the panel to close once he was done, the technician used electrical tape. We let Keefe's know what had happened when we discovered the problem and declined a further visit from another of their technicians.
