I tried to return items/with receipt, purchased for my grand daughter who lives in Tulsa. Due to the distance they live, the items were returned to me (with all Keedo tags still attached) approximately a month later. I returned them to Keedo and they would not give me a refund, exchange or store credit only. The manager/owner then came over and said ""I can only give you 1/2 price because these items went on sale 2 weeks ago"". I wanted my credit card credited with a refund and explained that the length of time to return was due to living out of town. She then stated ""you should shop somewhere else"". She was extreamly rude and was unwilling to assist me (THE CUSTOMER) with any satisfactory solution. She is forcing people to shop in her Keedo store. I was FORCED to take store credit at 1/2 price. I will not shop there again and will write off the balance of what I spent.
