BEWARE DONT WASTER YOUR $$$ 5/26/2011

Purchased a vehicle in 10/2010 car has been nothing but trouble worst investment ever made. This car stays lives at the mechanic and even the mechanic is shaking his head finally we took the car to dealer for a diagnostic evalution ( motor issue). Long story short car is running hot it appears to have been sealed with fix a leak which completely rusted radar. Tune revealed spark plugs were gone all hot red. Car constantly stalles, stop, and shuts off. Purchased this car my teenager and she was driving it when it stopped and a 18 wheeler was approaching. Please be careful a buy from a reliable source before making this type of purchase.\r \r Owner offers no solution. more

Good Business and people 4/22/2010

I bought my 2003 Nissan Maxima from Kay's Preowned Vehicles. The salesman Carlos was very helpful. I didn't feel pressured like I did at others dealers I went too. \r A couple of months after I bought my car, my alternator quit on me. And my warranty expired. I called my local mechanic shop, Car Car USA off Bissonnet/Hwy6 and they quoted me $345 for the alternator and $160 labor, total of $505!! I called the dealership upset and spoke with John. He was very helpful and told me to bring the car in and they will take care of it for $150 parts and labor!! But they only charged me for the part! I will definitely buy my next car from them!\r Overall, good buying experience, no hassle and great help! They just need more salesman, since they're always busy! Pros: Pros:Helpful and courteous.
