A couple of months after I bought my car, my alternator quit on me. And my warranty expired. I called my local mechanic shop, Car Car USA off Bissonnet/Hwy6 and they quoted me $345 for the alternator and $160 labor, total of $505!! I called the dealership upset and spoke with John. He was very helpful and told me to bring the car in and they will take care of it for $150 parts and labor!! But they only charged me for the part! I will definitely buy my next car from them!\r
Overall, good buying experience, no hassle and great help! They just need more salesman, since they're always busy!
