Im not satisfied with there management at Kays. They were very very nice to my face.. when they wanted my business and as soon as they got it everything changed. I had an issue with a previous Jeweler and i told the manager at Kays about it and he was very upset about it.. and promised me he would take good care of everything, Promised me i would have my ENGAGEMENT ring by a certain day. Aprox. 2 weeks i said ok because they were custom making me a whole new one because mine got messed up and throwing in a necklace with it. I called them on the day my ring was supposed to be in and they said the necklace isnt ready yet to call tomorrow. then they said call the next day so i called again and they said the ring wasnt done now. even though they told me that it was and the necklace wasnt. I asked when my ring would be ready and they said ""ANY DAY NOW"" reallllly!? who says that to a customer after you already promised a certain date? I got mad and let them know.. The manager wouldnt speak to me on the phone ""he was busy with a customer"" even tho i could hear him talking to the girl telling her everything to say to me. so now instead of waiting 2 weeks for my ring like they promised im forced to wait 3-4 weeks. Im very upset. You DO NOT promise your customers something if you cant stick to that promise and also if somethings wrong be straight up dont make up excuses especially when i know thats whats going on.. dont tell your costumer that her ENGAGEMENT ring is ready and then tell her its not.
