In my opinion, Kauffman's customer service has a lot to be desired. They are unorganized and try to deliver on incorrect days. Then they tell you that you have to pay an extra delivery charge for their mistake.\r \r I would use someone else if I were you. Pros: They're cheap. Cons: They're unorganized. more
