My first goal was to minimize or eliminate chronic headache problems that I was having, as well as some back pain, and I can say that the headaches are fewer and not as strong as they used to be. So, I’ve been able to use less medication, which is a great relief. But in addition to that, I’ve also gained more flexibility in my back and legs and neck. It was a benefit that I didn’t expect, but I’m really enjoying that. Sitting at a desk job all day long, that helps me to keep my stress down and have a more comfortable work life. So I’m grateful for Mind Body Yoga and I would encourage anyone who’s looking into it to at least try it, give it 3 months, and I think you’ll find a difference in just that short of time.
