I purchased an item and it was defective. I was told to send it back and once they received it, they would send me a new one. I paid out of my pocket to return the item. It took them one full week to even send the new replacement. When I received that one, it was also defective. It looked like they just placed the same one in the box. For returning the second defective item, they gave me a prepaid return label, but by this time, they were totally out of stock of the item I ordered. I was also never offered any compensation for the $10 return shipping fee I had to initally pay or my time or efforts. I was told they would give me a "credit" once the defective item is once again returned. I'm not sure if this credit will be to my card or for a store credit. Either way, I have e-mailed MULTIPLE times and called once and they ignore the e-mails and don't answer my questions. This has been going back and forth for about 3 weeks and now that it's Christmas already, I won't be able to have a replacement in time. The one pro is their prices.
