Karns Foods is a great grocery store in Harrisburg. They are best known for their meats - they have the freshest and best selection around. They often run really great specials on chicken breasts. People stock up because the prices are so excellent. They also have all the other typical groceries, all at reasonable prices. I really love their produce and bakery. We often get birthday cakes from Karns as well as fresh breads and muffins. All are delicious.
