While they did carry some designer dresses that I knew to be out of my budget and price range, the rest of the dresses appeared to be inflated in price as well. I found several of the same dress at two other bridal stores in the area, and they were at least a couple hundred cheaper. They had a decent selection of formals...but they don't seem to pay any attention to anyone except the bride. I know you need appointments for bridal and should expect better service. But I went in for a formal dress as well and was treated as if I wasn't there...it was impossible to get anyone's attention. I looked around the store for about 15 minutes, passing RIGHT NEXT TO people who worked there and were doing nothing, and they acted like they had better things to do. I would not go back to this store. more

My girlfriend raves about this store. She has been in 2 weddings since we moved to Virginia Beach, and she was very pleased when both of the brides chose to get their dresses from Karen Eagle. The dresses for both weddings were absolutely beautiful. There is no doubt in my mind that we will end up buying her dress and bridesmaid dresses from there as well. They seem to be a big on the expensive side, but my GF is so happy with this store that price will not be an issue. Price is only an issue in the absence of value. KE delivers a lot of value to their customers. more

A friend of mine is getting ready to get married and she took me into Karen Eagle the other day to look at the bridesmaid dresses and a few other things. I was so shocked at the GREAT customer service she received. Everyone seemed to be at her beck and call. It was an amazingly clean store and everything was very well displayed. You have plenty of parking and everyone is so helpful. Highly recommended for that up and coming bride more
