I am a local investor here in Austin, TX. Karen Covey is truly one of the diamonds in the rough when it comes to service. She is a cut above the rest. There has never been a time she has not called me back. She takes the time to show me anything I want to see including listings that are not her's. She manages my rentals for me as well and I have never gotten a complaint from any of my tenants. I have been working with Karen Covey now for 7 years and I have not one negative comment about this Realtor. Whether I am in town or out of town I have I am comfortable putting my full trust that Ms. Covey will get things done. Because I travel so much this is very important when it comes to good business. I just want to let everyone know that Karen knows her stuff. I have spoke to so many different realtors and they have to look things up and take days to call you back. Karen can help you in every aspect of of listing your house, renting another property, or buying a new house. I get the feeling she made up the other ratings herself as they sound like a commercial, plus it's all totally false. She doesn't update her website so the listings are literally 7-8 months old, she doesn't return calls and rarely responds to e-mails, she responded once out of the 4 times I e-mailed her. Plus I let her know her website was out of date on several homes two weeks ago and guess what? Yes, they are still in her listings. Go somewhere else....hell, I would use Craigslist rather than this lady. more
