Respond to your phone calls and emails and truly take the time to care about the properties you are managing. Be sure to monitor the tenants and property condition regularly. You recently had a rental unit vacant for a number of months because someone had egged it. We called to let you know, and you did not respond. As a result, the unit sat vacant for months when a bit of cleaning up might have done the trick.\r
I own multiple rental properties and will never use you as my property manager because of what I have witnessed in the properties you manage. You are are getting a bad reputation in town, and I hope that you will change your attitude and begin treating the properties that you mange like your own. People see the big fish on your sign and assume that you are trustworthy. I hope that you will live up to their expectations and do our community a favor by becoming a more attentive and responsible property manager. Our community could use more of those!
