Be more attentive to suggestions and requests. It seems like you have a tendency to ignore phone calls and emails.. It doesn't seem like you care about the property owner's interest. I have watched rentals deteriorate, and have attempted to contact you, but you do not respond. I'm sure the owner would be disappointed if he were aware of the way you are behaving, ignoring problems that cause damage to the premises. If the rentals were your own units I'm sure your behavior would be different. Please try to make a positive change and be more concerned and attentive.
