Why in the world anyone would go to a steakhouse for seafood has always escaped me. Much like going to Red Lobster for a ribeye. I have been going to Kabuto for lunch and dinner regularly for over 25 years and would NEVER consider getting a meal that was not one of their signature meals. What they do, they do perfectly. I miss the old interior, but building fires are unforgiving that way.
