My worst experience with a computer vendor, ever. I bought a system (box only) from KB's and all seemed OK with the retail experience. Shortly thereafter the system started crashing hard (blue screens) every couple of days. Phone calls for help resulted in suggestions from Konrad (owner) that the problems were related to something I had done, such as connecting a printer!! As things rocked on Konrad asked me to disconnect first one and then the other of the hard drives, and then to bring one of the drives to him...not the box, just the drive. Hard crashes continued. We moved on to testing the two RAM sticks. When I suggested removing them one at the time he told me ""you realize you've voided the warranty by removing hardware"" which was he had asked me to do with the hard drives. ""Go to the manufacturer"" he said. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS; SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS NON-EXISTENT.
