Bathroom fixed up at a great price 1/23/2014

Long story short two bowling bowls fell on top of the counter and rolled down onto the tiled floor. It was bad damage. More than repairing, I thought I'd get it remodeled since it was something I wanted I got several quotes to work on my bathroom and I chose KBR. Along with making sure no trace of the damage was visible, I got a new sink changed the flooring entirely and added some nice accents to pull everything together. It's really good work and well worth the money. more

They nailed it 1/17/2014

I had two very specific goals when I began planning for remodeling. A very Asian inspired look and a budget I didn't allow myself to exceed. Both goals checked off. They are professional and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend them more

Did a terrifc job 1/8/2014

I've had remodeling done before on the bedroom and it wasn't something I would like to do again. That was done by a different company though. The kitchen really was overdue for a change though so trying to recall all my past mistakes, I went through with this pessimistically but strategically. First off the price was agreeable and no hidden charges sprouted out of nowhere. Good. They came on time daily and worked through the difficult schedule our building gave them. Bonus points also for cleaning up afterwards each time. It was completed on schedule which took me by surprise. I was ready to wait an extra week from the estimate completion time. The verdict: If you're gonna work with anybody for remodeling, let it be these guys. more

the guys here are a lot more creative than other contractors. They also helped me secure the necessary paperwork which was a really big help. Most importantly, they understood what I wanted and really put an effort to work with me on the budget. Definitely recommend more

Good at what they do 12/8/2013

I hired the KBR team to remodel most of my flat, the bathroom, and the kitchen floors. I was expecting things to be difficult but I was surprised. They had plenty of resources and were really helpful when I was picking out what I wanted. The crew came every day in time and cleaned up after themselves. They're good at what they do. more

Got a good deal on the bathroom 11/28/2013

I got plenty of quotes for my bathroom remodeling and several guys had come to take a look and came up with different but all too similar responses. KBR though had been able to provide me a different perspective on things and offered more viable solutions. I like their attitude and professionalism. Chose them soon after and fast forward to completion, I think I made the right choice. more

Satisfied customer right here 11/21/2013

I only got two quotes and one was from KBR. I liked working with them as they seemed to understand me more and offered better designs. The work was a bit awry at first and there was a few mistakes with delivering the materials. It was handled well though and soon after everything went pretty smoothly. The end result though is everything good about them. more

Aside from going over the estimate, I don't have anything to complain about. They did damage a few things accidentally but they replaced it anyway so its good. Their work looks great too more

A friend of my husband's recommended KBR to when we were looking for people to work on our kitchen. we were given several recommendations by friends but chose KBR because they have generally positive reviews. we had a good experience with them. They follow instructions well when it comes to design and they know what they're doing. they are also very polite in suggesting other improvements that we have overlooked during the initial discussion of the scope of work. I thought i'd leave them a review since they did an awesome job in our kitchen and many people really go by recommendations so yes, i highly recommend this company for any renovation work you might have. more

like the title says, i think they are one of the best (if not the best) in the city. they work fast but they also provide high quality service. they have friendly and efficient men and they are very transparent not like other contractors in the area. kbr has definitely changed the way i see remodeling projects. Kudos to you for a job well done! more

good service and detailed reports 6/14/2013

i am really impressed with KBR's service. They gave me very detailed reports while they were working on our bathroom and they gave me an exact estimate of the work, timeframe, and costs. my only complaint was we had to change the material for the floors because the ones i wanted couldn't be sourced out although that's really not their fault and more of an issue with the supplier. i am definitely hiring them again for future projects. more

great contractor! 6/7/2013

KBR worked on our master's bathroom and installed a kitchen island in our kitchen. The work was flawless and was accomplished very efficiently. We had discussed all our options before starting work including what type of materials to use for our bathroom. they are very open to changes and they also offer greta creative input. i love what they have done to my bathroom and kitchen. i definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a contractor for their kitchen or bathroom. more

I've wanted to have my kitchen renovated for the longest time but only got around to it recently. one of my first priorities was to add a kitchen island that offered enough counterspace for meal preps and also had storage for kitchen stuff. KBR did a great job with my new kitchen. my new kitchen island is definitely the highlight of my new kitchen. thanks kbr! more

They gave out very reasonable prices. I asked for different options and different solutions. They are really accomodating and showed me many different things I could do with my bathroom. I would really recommend them! more

My bathroom improved so much 5/20/2013

I have a pretty decent sized bathroom but I always had a problem with overstuffing it with too many things. Clutter took up so much of my space! KBR kept the layout, retiled, and changed the vanity, shower, and toilet. It's a whole lot more minimalistic and a lot easier to keep organized. It's a really big improvement! more

They're okay 5/2/2013

We had several misunderstandings about what I really wanted and it caused many delays. Its a good thing that we finally made progress after several meetings and when work began, it went smoothly. Unlike the negotiations. I got what I want, but it sure wasn't easy. Even after all that though, I'm pretty sure I'm sticking with them. they did pretty good work and I am likely getting them to do my kitchen too. more

We had them do the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. They went out of their way a number of times to accommodate our requests. I think they did great work and really had our best interests at heart when they did they work. These guys are passionate and it shows. more
