Our realtor (Carol Dochen Realtors) recommended you when I asked who I should call to have the carpets cleaned in our home that we had sold, after the movers had moved all of our furniture. Her office manager, Kim Wallace, said ""K&M!"" We had *terrible* black marks on our cream colored carpet where some of our furniture had been, possibly from the air vents -- it looked awful, and I was very afraid the stains would not come out (in fact, another very well known and much more expensive local carpet cleaning company had said! the stains would not come out). And the new owners of our house were doing their final walk-through before closing in two days. Rey looked at the black marks and said he could get them out. And he DID!! Our carpet looked almost new (and it was 11 years old). I couldn't believe it. He pre-treated the stains with a miracle cleaner (to me it was a miracle), and boy, did it work. And he and his partner, Zeke, were professional and very pleasant. I can't thank you enough for making our carpets look great for the new owners of our former home.
