K Skee Fuel Oil

I've done business with Skee Oil for 5 years. My cash payment receipts and check receipts are all clearly marked by K.Skee Oil and on 2/6/12 it was no different. It's unfortunate that the company fell victim to this person's scheme however, if the owners are truly focused on getting the company back to its roots they would start by taking care of their existing customers who were impacted by this act of fraud by re-imbursing the accounts via oil or refund. Without this they will reap the burden of having to deal with account upon account in small claims court, the better business bureau, multiple social media outlets plus press, News 12 and more. It has been 1 month and I am still awaiting a call back from Donna and the 'trust worthy, reliable, and dependable, honest"" ownership. more

Just to set the record straight.......The President of Suffolk Energy DBA K. Skee Fuel and DAK Fuel is the one who actually ripped off customers and provided the most incompetent service I had ever seen. The name of the President of the company was Robert Bruce Wyllie. He was the so-called President of the company from approx. 9/2011 to 2/2012 when he stated via text message on 2/8/2012 @ 1:00pm, ""I have given company back to Donna"". While he was President of the company he wrote many bad checks knowing full well he had insufficient funds in his Suffolk Energy bank account via Chase Bank. These bad checks were given to Blackman Plumbing, Hometown Fuel, St. Josephs Church located @ 45 Church St. in Ronkonkama, The Learning Experience in Rocky Point, Sean M., Dora W., Bill A., etc.... He also accepted several direct deposit checks from HEAP between the months of 11/2011-1/2012. Most of those HEAP customers NEVER received their oil deliveries. He also took cash payments from many customers who wanted to pre-pay for their oil and NEVER delivered the oil. So please beware do NOT have ANY financial dealings with Robert Bruce Wyllie as his track record has shown he will simply walk away with your money. Now the old owners Donna and her husband are left to pick up the pieces and try to get the companies back to the way it was: reliable, trust worthy, dependable and honest.
