K & K Color Lab lost my wedding negatives and refused to compensate me. They also took forever to finish my order, minus they roll they lost/ruined. They changed my pick up date three times due to equipment failure, which extended my pickup date by a month and a half. The owner actually accused me of losing my wedding negatives. I am positive that their faulty equipment ruined my negatives. They had my master print preview for that roll of film (which was attached to the negative). On several of the rolls they reprinted, they printed the wrong pictures. Their equipment and customer service is unacceptable. I can?t even begin to explain what a headache it is to do business with this company. DON""T TAKE A CHANCE due to their low prices.
