Drove form State College to this store to look at and purchase a stroller. The stroller was a jogging stroller for two children. Prior to purchasing the product specifically asked if the product has and adapter for a car seat. We were told yes and wer even offered for them to order it. Due to us being out of the area we bought the stroller but decided to order the adapter for the infant car seat on line. When we went to order the adapter on line were informed for this stroller model is was not available yet. We contacted to store because we wanted a refund of our 650 dollars because we could not use the stroller for our infant with out the adapter. they refused full refund and wanted to give us only store credit. when we instructed we did not live there and would not be able to use they said too bad. Also asked to speak to owner. He had his secretary rely messages because apparently he was out of town. Said we lied and that night we bought the stroller he was there and we never were told there was an adapter. We had three other people with us who know the truth, we have a newborn and would have not bought a 650 dollar stroller if the newborn could not ride in it. more

My wife and I went into the store over the weekend and boy were we in for a treat. We walked in with practically no knowledge of cribs or anything since this is our first child. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us everything about the cribs and dressers. Telling us where the cribs were made, what they were made of, and what finishes they come in. They have about 30 cribs and dressers on display, but all of them will come in other finishes. Then he explained to us the different strollers and carseats they have, streaming from Chicco, Bob, Graco, etc. It was an excellent experience! We will be sure to tell all of our friends and we will definitely be back! PROS: HUGE selection from cribs to teen beds! CONS: can't think of one, prices are fair... you get what you pay for! This isn't a Baby's R US or Target. more

I purchased a stanley crib and dresser set for my daughter a couple years ago, recently my husband and I ordered the toddler converter set to make it into a toddler bed. it was supposed to come in 6-8 weeks.I never received any communication from JFKs about it, after waiting 9 weeks, I called them. They couldn't give me any information about the order or tell me when I could expect it to come in. needless to say, I cancelled my order. very dissatisfied. more
