We just had our 2 year old triplets hair cuts done and it was an awful experience. We have been there a couple times prior to this visit and we liked the girls who were there both times, but this time the people who were there were new ones and not very personable. Since this is a place for kids I would imagine that they would have people working there who enjoy working with children but this was not the case today! There are signs posted up everywhere that say "Crying is not acceptable!" which to me is very unprofessional. While our kids were getting their hair cuts, the stylists didn't even interact with the kids and was very blunt with them. When it came to paying the pricing was inconsistent. They said it was $20 for one and $25 for the others because they thought that the other two were younger than the first one. After we told them they were all the same age they then changed their reasoning to it was because two of them had to sit in our laps and "it was difficult". Needless to say they didn't get tipped and we will never go back! The only reason why I am giving them one star is because they have the child friendly seats and movies there, but for the price we payed it is definitely not worth it!
