I wouldn't even rate it 1 star but it wouldn't publish without a rating...
The 1st and LAST time I will go to Jung Ja. I sat in the lobby area for 15 minutes before anyone even greeted me. My appointment began a half hour late, with no apologies. I mentioned I had another appointment after and was assured it would be fine, not so much, I was late to that appointment. I was charged A LOT more then I was told the cost should have been. When I talked to the manager about the horrible experience and over charge, she was very rude and not willing to refund any money. (Except the $10 off deal that was also not given to me.)
I will never send anyone to this salon.
