Judith is awsome. In fact in reading that one poor review I'd go back anyway. When it comes to jewelry you need to go to someone you can trust. I'm not sure who that sales person was but if I were you I would make a phone call and let Judith know. That is the only way a store can improve because let's face it even the most dedicated owners can't be there all the time. Judith has always been trustworthy and honest in helping me with some custom pieces and I'm sure she would act accordingly if something was brought to her attention directly. Putting this comment on a blog instead of making a call is a little bothersome to me - thus I decided to put my nickels worth in. I won't leave a jeweler that I had always previously liked - especially since this seems like an unusual circumstance and one I'd have the courtesy to make a phone call about. Some young man, their sales 'help', followed me around the store while I was browsing telling me what I should & should not do with my jewlery and what I would & would not like in a piece of jewlery. All of this random information was given to me in a very snooty tone. I never asked his opinion on anything. The whole thing was very odd. So if you are looking for a store where some stuck-up, know-it-all sales rep tells you what you want, then go here. I was looking for a jeweler to create custom pieces. I won't be using Judith Arnell Jewelers. Final note, I am extremely disappointed because my prior experiences here were good. My fiance and I recently purchased my engagement ring from Judith Arnell Jewelers and our experience was perfect. Niko worked with us and did an excellent job listening to our ideas and providing us with the perfect ring! The store is very nice and the jewelery is high end but so is the quality. You will definitely get what you pay for! If you're looking for a gorgeous high-quality experience and ring you should certainly stop by this store.
