This center is great for children. It is not a place to work for because the manager, Patty, treats employees poorly. She will take information to twist, gossip, and manipulate employees. Her sarcasm displays rude/crude humor and she uses foul language when employees call in sick. She refuses to work in a classroom and will sit on the phone for hours trying to find someone who will come in. If you fail to call back as a sub she will reprimand you for it. If you call her out on her wrongs she gets even by writing employees up. Teachers are fired or pushed to quit if she doesn't like you. Wonderful teachers who parents trust and love disappear with no notice. The turnover rate is ridiculous and children need routines and consistent teachers. Patty will sit in the office and text on her phone, talk to other directors with gossip about her employees, takes confident information and betrays you where she tells whoever will listen. She has fired a number of wonderful teachers there and it is sad she wont help out when teachers are sick and need to leave. Instead she makes them wait for their replacement (which can take hours) before they leave. Even if the teacher is puking and should not be around children they must stay because she rather sit in the office calling anyone and everyone then step in. I suggest going to other Joyful Noise Centers where directors step in and want to help. This location however is not a good place for consistency and lacks support from the director. She allows her young daughter to run around the center making her teachers ""watch"" her and doesn't have a daycare place of her own for her and brings her in the summer and after school so she won'[t have to pay for childcare. She leaves on short notice to pick her up on the clock and brings her back. It is very inappropriate to use her child as a ""spy"" and hoover around children to the point it makes parents uncomfortable for a young girl to stand and stare while teachers are changing a child's diapers, or clothes. The management is unbelievable and as a parent and teacher I am shocked to see what happens at this center by the director.
