I brought my Movado here to have some links removed in late November. Only four months later, my watch fell off my wrist and had I not heard it hit the ground, it would have been lost forever. I returned to the store and explained the situation. Rather than being apologetic for the fact that I nearly lost my watch due to their faulty work, I was told that I would have to produce a receipt for the original service otherwise I will be charged for the repair. Take my advice and go next door!
