The location in Mt. Pleasant possibly has the worst service I have ever experience. I was warned by a colleague before I went that I should go down town but didn't listen. Shame on me. The manager told me that I would only fit into pants properly if I wore suspenders. I am 30 and stocky, I work out every day and have a muscular build. I nearly walked out right then. I then had to wait for the sales rep to acknowledge that I was finished trying on pants as he and his other two colleagues communicated without any other customers in the store. Attention to detail was his strong suit. I was not measured for my suit. I was just notified that my Credit Card had been charged as the Manager thought my coat size was in the store, only to realize that it was not the right size or style to match what I had ordered. The rep did say that it would be refunded but what else could possibly go wrong with a simple shopping experience?? I mean I have worked in retail before in my younger years and can't fathom how incompetant these employees are. I will say that I still followed through with my purchase....reluctantly. Unless you like to get frustrated, like to be insulted and experience customer service which would rival that of a rural gas station clerk pick a different location to shop. I understand downtown is outstanding. I live in Mt. Pleasant so this was a matter of convenience. Next time I'll make the drive. Nothing against the company.....just the nit wits who operate and run the Mt. P location.
