my 2013 had 697 miles on it when it received a major hit to the front end. The crew repaired it to be like new. I want Kelly and Gary particularly to know what a great job does initially relating to the customer when I brought my car in for an estimate prior to signing up to do the work. She has wonderful customer service skills from the outset of what is usually a stressful situation. I was a little disappointed that she did not seem to be nearly so friendly when I arrived to pick up my vehicle on Friday a.m. Until a problem occurred in trying to locate my garage door opener after I initially started to leave, there was no interchange betweeen us. Perhaps she was busy with other customers, issues, etc. However, I was disappointed. more

Jordan Road CARSTAR kept in contact with me about the vehicle at all times and they did great PDR work on it-it looks brand new. It was my second vehicle I had them repair, the first being a bumper repair. I will continue using their top notch service, thanks! more

After the shop repaired my front bumper the driver sside front wheel was not properly attached and almost came off on 470 at posted speed. I called and spoke to Matt and he had the audacity to call the Toyota dealer where the vehicle was serviced a month earlier to confirm a tire rotation. Once he was armed with this infromation he called my wife and told her Jordan was not repsonsible because "We did not take the wheel off." Toyota sent two techs out to look at the wheel and they replaced the broken stud and the vehicle is now at Toyota being repaired. Matt explained it was not his shop's fault and he would not take responsibility for the failure. The Nationwide adjuster who handeld the claim at the shop also did not offer to help until pressed repeatedly. I would like to speak with someone other than Matt who can make decisions since I am out a significant amount of money and time because of his lack of professionalism to make it right. more

Altho all the work has not been completed, I am TOTALLY impresssed with my experience so far. Clean, well laid out office is first impression a customer gets and it's a good one. Communications from Nicole have exceeeded my expectations. Dialouge with Jason on shuttle trips has been nice. He is a very good representative of Car Star. more

I took my car in for repairs and was initially given a rough estimate of about two weeks. After the actual assesment was made, they called me to let me know it was only going to take a week so that was excellent news for me. They kept me updated by sending me emails with pictures of the progress made daily and calls to let me know how the process was going. The whole staff was excellent, personable and professional towards me and my situation and would definitely recommend Jordan Road CARSTAR Auto Body to my friends and family. more

They got our van in very quickly for repairs, explained things thoroughly and were very helpful with insurance and rental vehicle information. They were exceptional in keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle and answered any and all questions quickly. From what I know of auto body work, our van looks great! more

The with done to my truck is visibly poor. Not to mention I got my truck back and the electric windows are broken. I am afraid to take it back for fear of something else being done to it or that it will be jimmy rigged together than repaired. The work done to the rear shows Bondo or some sort if repair tape. Poor work. Plus i called and gave an updated number to call and they didn't call that one. Not to mention they had my work number which they never called. I had to call then to find out if it was done. RESPONSE FROM Jordan Road CARSTAR Auto Body: It is unfortunate that this customer is not satisfied with their experience. We respect our customers right to utilize electronic media to make statements or observations regarding their vehicle repair experience regardless of acuracy or opinion. This vehicle has nearly 160 thousand miles on it and is rusted in several areas. We did not service this vehicle in any area that would effect any electrical components and the vehicle had been serviced previously elswhere in the door area as noticed by the loose trim panels on the interior. As a courtesy to our customer we offered to look at the window concern at no charge, but have not heard back as of this date. Our repairs come with a lifetime warranty and having been in business for over 30 years this type of custoimer experience is not common. more

The staff at Jordan Road CARSTAR were great to work with, and by far the most engaging shop I've worked with. Between the autowatch emails and regular calls I was always informed on the progress of my repairs, an expected return date and any questions I had were quickly answered.
