kept me informed everyday on what was being done with my car. 2/4/2015

I was very pleased with the way they handled the whole situation. The only thing I didn't like was how long I had to wait before I could bring my car in. But seeing how well they kept me informed daily on the progress of my car, and the expertise that was involved in getting it repaired I can see why it took so long to get in. more

Nice people, shoddy work 1/22/2015

I had my car towed in to the shop which was recommended by my insurance carrier. There was extensive hidden damage and it took approximately 2 weeks to complete the job. When I picked up the car I found some unprepared damage to the hood which the insurance company deemed unrelated to the accident. I took the car and discovered three more issue with it. They had me come back the next day to fix the problems and they got my car right in. Unfortunately the problems remain, one of which was the fact that an aftermarket part does not fit correctly yet there was no offer to change it. I am extremely disappointed with the work that was performed. I have had a lot of work done and have done business with many body shops but have never had this many problems. more

Service was average at best 1/17/2015

Body work was done well with the exception of the trim on the tail gate not being the same as factory installed trim. I will have to do some work on it myself to make it fit right. Service wasn't great. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. more

You always shutter when your car is towed into a body shop or any shop for repairs, can they do the job right will my vehicle look like nothing ever happened or will it look like heck. If you are taking it to CARSTAR on Jordan Road don't worry. My experience was nothing but great, the folks are friendly and above all helpful. My guy Matt seemed to understand my concerns and kept me up to date on the process as it went along and that made a big difference for me seeing how my truck is as good a friend as my wife in fact I know my truck better than I know my wife and am very particular about the way it looks and drives. Bob the mechanic for CARSTAR also is great to work with very knowledgeable and does his best to deliver a perfect package back to the customer. Between both Matt and Bob my truck looks like nothing happened and performs the way it should. How could I say any thing negative about my experience with CARSTAR, they are true professionals. more

Everyone that I had contact with was very professional. My truck came out looking brand new and a couple days earlier than expected. The only issue that I had was that I didn’t get a copy of the quote. more

The team did a great job on my vehicle and was very responsive through the entire time my vehicle was at their shop. 11/18/2014

From the time I spoke with Matt to the time we did the walk around upon completion of my repairs I felt like I was the only customer they had and the fact that I had them make some changes to some parts they were going to put on was no problem they allowed me to ship a hood to them and they put that hood on my vehicle with no questions asked. The autowatch program that Nationwide and the shop participate in was great as I was updated daily with the progress of my vehicle being fixed with a description and photo. Great work by Matt and the team working on the vehicle. Checking my vehicle out was easy with the staff inside the office they know what they are doing and got me in and out quickly. Great job overall. more
