This is the MOST unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. When I am dissatified with a place I simply dont go back, it is rare that I leave a comment or even call to complain but this place is terrible. I bought a refridgerator from them and set up a delivery time. They were over 2hrs late! I had to call and find out what was going on and I got a ""WELL THINGS HAPPEN."" So 2wks later it stopped working and I set up an appointment for repair, they were over an hour late to come then and whatever he did didnt fix the problem so I had to set up another appointment for repair. Again over a hour late and he could not fix it and scheduled to come back the next day. Again I waited over 2.5 hours for him to show up and he NEVER did. I called and they told me that they would call and find out where ""he"" was. Still no call back, when I called after waiting 2.5hours they were closed.I will NEVER go back to this place and I would advise you to NEVER deal with them either! I WILL be reporting them to the BBB! more

My dealings with Jones Appliance have been stretched out over a three-week period. 'Buddy,' the owner has been sluggish and rude, and NEVER returns a phone call. BBB has given them an 'F' rating. The delivery guys damaged my hardwood floors and other things around my apartment when they delivered a fridge. My landlord and I haven't even bothered to get them to repair the damage, it would only take longer. The delivery guys were unprofessional and borderline inappropriate. The fridge was filthy dirty when they brought it. A part was missing, and while being under warranty, they did not replace the part, and much less; didn't bother to order a new part. The delivery guys came with a newer fridge two hours (three weeks) late, and again, 'Buddy' will not return my phone call, but his delivery guy was able to reach him. Because I let the delivery guys know I was upset, 'Buddy' said all they had to do was leave the fridge on the porch and drive off. Luckily, my neighbor, who was around helping, sweet talked them into still bringing in the fridge. more


I bought a freezer and it broke 3 weeks later. When I called to have it fixed, it took 3 days to get a repairman. When it broke again 2 weeks later with the same problem on a Friday, they said they wouldn't send a repairman till Mon. so I had to buy a brand new freezer to prevent all my food from going bad. Then they wouldn't give me my money back and I had to settle for a store credit that is only good for 1 year. Great!! A store credit to a used appliance store appliance store. When would I ever use that? After buying a new Energy Star freezer that was only slightly dented for $380, I realized that the $250 clunker I bought from Jone's wasn't even a cheap. ApplianceSmart is a good alternative. more
