Well Done! 8/15/2017

Ignacio did a great job in replacing our tub trip waste assembly, under very challenging plumbing access conditions. He was neat, professional and patient. He arrived on time, assessed and explained the work to be done. When completed, he reviewed the work with us and showed to our satisfaction that the job was successful. We were very pleased with Ignacio and we would highly recommend Jones Services to our friends and neighbors. more

Our air conditioning unit in the upstairs of our house was not working well. We called Jones Services and Rick S. came. Not only did he find the problem but he temporarily fixed it so that we can be cool in these hot days we are having. He gave us a copuple of options for service. It turned out that the coil in the attic has to be replaced because it has a leak so we went with it. A very nice and polite guy. Will be requesting him when the part comes in to fix out ac upstairs. more

instal split-type air conditioner 6/30/2017

If a chain is only as strong as it's weekest link Jone's does not have one from first call to finale installation it was seamless and profession while still having the family feel. I have never experience such a complete professional group or team of people as these I have had 60 years dealing with people doing construction and installation and none have shown the attention to detail and "Give a Damn attitude" that Jone's showed to us THANK YOU ALL ' more

Good Experience 6/13/2017

This was the first time that our Annual Service was being provided by Mr. Jameson. I was always satisfied with previous service personnel but I was really pleased with Mr. Jameson's performance. He didn't fuss about the small work area and he did things in an organized step by step way. There were a few flaws with the system as he was bringing it up to speed but he cleared each item, step by step. He really understood what was amiss and he pursued each thing one at a time. When he was done, everything was checked, adjusted and working. He was able to explain what was wrong and how he was able to correct the situation. We would not hesitate to have Mr. Jameson back for our next annual service or any interim problems that might arise. more

My 2017 A/ inspection with Jones Services and Butch Conklin technician 4/15/2017

For over a dozen years I have been a customer with this company. All the technicians have been beyond competent and Butch was no exception. He is qualified and very personal. In fact, the company must think highly of him as he brought along someone to train. Butch like all others seems to take pride in his work and I know if anything needed to be done, he would offer me several solutions to the problem. more

Boiler installation 1/20/2017

I requested an installation quote for a new boiler from Jones, Tim arrived as promised and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I decided to use Jones to replace my boiler and I couldn't be happier, the installers were on time, courteous, respectful of my home and very knowledgeable. A representative called the night before my installation to confirm my install and then again in the morning to notify me the installer were on their way. After the install Mike and Alex took the time to explain everything about my installation and new boiler. Couldn't be happier, Thanks Jones - Great employees! more

Our furnace stopped working. Greg K was able to come out late at night and was able to locate the problem. He performed the necessary repairs and the furnace worked again. more
