My Favorite Pet Store 2/4/2011

I have been to a lot of pet stores over the years, and by far, Jones and Co. Pets is my favorite. They have the widest selection of products of any pet store I've seen and they're well priced. I've always been met with friendly staff members, and have always had my questions answered. Granted, I'm sure some people have had one problem or another with them over the years, but all in all, I think they are a wonderful pet store. I especially like them because they work with NOAH on adopting cats out instead of selling them, and they don't carry dogs- which means NO PUPPY MILLS and that is a HUGE plus for me. Of all the stores around, I would recommend them to anyone. more

customer service is the key 7/7/2010

Wow. Let me tell you...when asking some generic questions about the types of service and qualifications of their staff, I was very quickly interupted and given the cold shoulder. Not a positive environment at all. Imagine how the animals feel picking up on all that. Pros: variety Cons: customer service/cleanliness more

Carry the high end foods for reasonable prices 7/15/2009

For the person claiming animal cruelty or selling animals for experimentation-you are full of B.S.!!!! Anyway, they are one of the few pet stores in our area that 1) carry the quality pet foods like Natural Balance. They run a frequent buyer's program where you can buy 10 bags and get one free. 2) they do NOT sell puppies or kittens (unlike Bridges) 3) they support local shelters by having adoptions and donation jars for places like NOAH. 4) The store is roomy and very easy to get around in. I have show dogs and spend a lot of money on them and they only get the best. That's why I shop at Jones and Co. I can get the BEST for reasonable prices. This store has such potential to be a wonderful place to shop for your pets ? however, their horrible customer service, lack of supplies for sale, and insane prices damage that quality. They have a very large pet store, which is very nice, but not a great selection of items for sale. I?ve also noticed many expired pet treats/food for sale. They do carry sme great things for sale... and my dog thanks them for their dog bone selection.
